Columnist Alex Renton attacks NORM-UK and personal choice
Wednesday 15th July 2009"All men should have their foreskin cut off by the state", is essentially the message that's been touted by British newspapers The Daily Mail and The Observer over the past two weeks, where columnist Alex Renton has launched two vitriolic attacks on the work of NORM-UK and the right of British men to decide for themselves which parts of their genitals they're allowed to keep.
Unfortunately for Mr Renton, he's struck a bit of a discord with hundreds of readers who've been contacting us to voice their support. British men and women, on the whole, seem quite keen to decide for themselves whether they want to have parts of their genitals cut off or not.
It's unclear why Alex finds this so difficult to understand.
