Dr John Warren MB, DCH, FRCP - Chairman Dr John Warren was educated at Charterhouse School and studied medicine at Cambridge and the London Hospital Medical College. He was a consultant physician at the Princess Alexandra hospital in Harlow, Essex from 1975 to 2005 and has now retired.
John is married to a doctor and has two daughters. His hobbies are music, cycling and observing wildlife.

Dr Peter Ball MB,B Chir - Vice Chairman Dr Peter Ball was educated at Lancing College, Cambridge and St Bartholomews Hospital London. He was in General Practice for 34 years in Tunbridge Wells, has written circumcision articles in "Urology News" and contributed to "The Practitioner". He also produced the NORM-UK instructional Video "Restoration in Focus".
Peter is married to a Reflexologist and they have a boy, three girls and fivegrand-daughters and a grand-son. Other interests are Piano playing, Singing and Painting.

David Smith - General Manager David Smith was educated at St Josephs College, Market Drayton and qualified in business studies at Underwood College. David currently lives in Stone in Staffordshire where he works full-time as NORM-UK's general manager. He formerly worked for Re-Solv, the solvent abuse charity.
David is NORM-UK's only paid member of staff. As well as managing the day-to-day running of the charity he devised and continues to edit the members's magazine NORM NEWS. His interests are canal boating, amateur dramatics and gardening.
David also recorded a short film about his work for BBC Video Nation.

Laura MacDonald - Media Liaison Laura has an MA in French from the University of Edinburgh and a postgraduate diploma in European Marketing from Napier University. She has worked as a fundraiser in the charity sector since 2004, and previously worked in a communications role in the financial services industry. She became aware of forced male circumcision at the age of 16 and has been committed to its prevention ever since.
In a personal capacity Laura is also a campaigner against cosmetic vulval surgery as undertaken on pre teens or women who are emotionally vulnerable.

Margaret Green - Treasurer Margaret gained a Music degree at Nottingham University and then trained as a Librarian, gaining a Masters at Loughborough University. She progressed through a variety of posts in Leicestershire, Manchester and Staffordshire before becoming Head of Libraries & Archives in Stoke-on-Trent.
She has two children and her hobbies are music and genealogy.

Iris Fudge - Womens' Group Representative Iris Fudge is a former nurse based in London. She co-ordinates liaison between NORM-UK and groups opposing female circumcision.

John Dalton Bsc, Msc - Lead Researcher and Archiver John Dalton is the lead reseracher and archiver for NORM-UK. He was Born in Whitehaven, Cumbria and educated at Dundee and St Andrews universities. He has studied the literature on the foreskin and circumcision for nearly 20 years and has amassed an archive of over 2,500 documents related to the issue.
